Many people will be aware of the “strategy for adults with autism” which contained some “some  rules  for the  NHS and  local  councils” which are articulated in the following easy read document:
Today (14th January, 2016) various Government Departments published “Progress Report on Think Autism: the updated strategy for adults with autism in England” which can be found here:
The document is 93 pages in length and contains a lot of processed data. Perhaps the best way to assess the progress made would be to look at Appendix E Progress Report (PR) on Think Autism: Actions going forward.
In any event, we would encourage everyone to read the document and, where possible, get involved in the implementation of the strategy.
