YES, I’M UPSIDE DOWN AGAIN boosting my Vestibular System, Dopamine levels & Productivity!


Spring is here & it’s time to get outside into that serotonin sunshine & stimulate our GORGEOUS Vestibular system, which is all about movement, balance & spatial awareness.


Signs of an under-active vestibular system include fidgeting, rocking or swinging on chairs, acting fast & impulsively as well as finding it hard to pay attention. Sound familiar?


Here is a little exercise to boost this & it helps with sensory processing too!


Go outside & find a tree.

Stand with your head between your legs until you can see the top of the tree.

Once you’ve done this you’re as far away from the tree as it is tall!

Dopamine is pushed from the gut to the brain along with blood & oxygen, which in turn stimulates focus, attention, productivity, motivation & concentration.


All for free! And whilst having fun!
