Anna Kennedy OBE shares: ‘What a mammoth challenge over 2 days.
We are all so so proud of you for digging deep walking 65 miles touring 12 London Stadiums.Thank you so much Richard Stevens, Goddo Debattista and for your support Luther Blissett, helping us raise autism awareness and acceptance, and raising much needed funds for our charity Anna Kennedy Online

You did it, lads what stars!
Richard Stevens shares : Waking up Bank Holiday Monday morning, asking myself, did that really happen. And the answer…Yes, it did!
Sunday night was tough for me from 60 miles. Things didn’t hurt, they just started locking up and every step got harder and harder. The fact that I finished is down to Goddo Debattista and Luther Blissett for the walk itself, but to have Zoe Georgina and Jake, Anna Kennedy and Sean, and Heidi Coaker, Michael Coaker and Jay Coaker at the end was a sight that literally overcame me with emotion. The guys that waited for us did exactly that, waited, and as my legs tightened and I walked slower and slower, I know that I was adding additional minutes on to the walk.

Goddo kept the pace going that we needed, and Luther knew exactly what to say, answered A LOT of questions that I had about his career, Graham Taylor and Watford and we chatted as I needed distraction and gave me the coaching and drive when I needed. A huge thank you to Lauren Fox and Norm, who also gave such support. Lauren, not just last night through support and an attempt to get me a hot drink at the bunker (at this point I was done) but all the way through. We have a lot of people to thank, for donations, messages and support and I will speak to you all soon. I want to say a massive thank you yesterday to Dave Carman, Sophie and Malc for walking with us. Carol Grant, Liam Stevens, Christopher John and many more for messages throughout the day, that was fuel when I needed it. I was asked on Friday night by Andrew French at our launch, ‘What will keep you going, when it gets tough?’ All the above and that I will keep walking through brick walls to support the charity Annakennedyonline to help make a difference to Autistic people and their families. Thanks to Kellie Croft and Born Anxious for their lovely kits that we have had the pleasure of wearing this weekend with all the clubs. Thanks to Jo Wiggins, Watford FC and everyone who commented, shared and interacted with the walk this weekend. This post could go on, for a very long time. I finish with the quote that answers, why Watford and what we hope following the walk. I will post some of the last videos shortly, but a massive thank you for making this happen with us!
‘Make sure your footsteps are left at the club, for others to follow’ – Graham Taylor. Well GT, I hope we have done that.
