Introducing Our New Scottish Ambassador Kelsey McInearney

Kelsey, a late-diagnosed autistic advocate, is deeply passionate about raising awareness for neurodiversity. She founded thecalmcrate.company.site, a business that creates and ships sensory boxes filled with fidget toys to customers worldwide.

As an Autism advocate, Kelsey is committed to promoting safe, inclusive spaces for neurodivergent individuals. Through her Instagram page, @oneneurodivergentvoice, she shares her personal experiences, shedding light on the challenges she faced before her Autism diagnosis.

I am incredibly proud to be a sponsor of Autism’s Got Talent, a truly remarkable show that moved me in ways I didn’t expect. From the moment the performances began, I was captivated, experiencing everything from laughter to tears. The sheer talent displayed by autistic children and adults was absolutely breathtaking. Each act was unique, showcasing not only incredible skills but also the diversity and brilliance within the autistic community.

What stood out to me was the meticulous work behind the scenes. It was clear that the team had poured their heart and soul into making sure the event ran flawlessly. Every aspect of the show—from the staging to the organisation—was seamless, which allowed the performers to shine their brightest.

This experience was truly unforgettable. I feel privileged to have been part of something so special and meaningful, a platform that celebrates neurodivergent talent and helps foster greater understanding and inclusion. I can’t wait to do it all again next year and see what more amazing talents will be shared with the world. – Kelsey McInearney.
