Championing Autism Awareness: Anna Kennedy OBE Speaks to Charity Leaders at Sky Central

Anna speaks to charity leaders at Sky CentralYesterday Anna was speaking at Sky Central on World Autism Awareness and Acceptance day at The Charity Leaders Lunch. A positive event, and in the audience, charity leaders in their field. The afternoon started with welcomes and introductions by all.

Anna was the first speaker and shared about the work of our charity and how families are worried about the recent welfare benefit cuts. Many in the audience were parents, or family members of people on the autism spectrum.

Thank you to Poppy Allan-Spoto and Nial, founder of Peer Space, for coordinating this event, and to one of our charity patrons, and my good friend Steven Smith, for supporting me at this event.
