Anna Kennedy Online is really concerned about the reported changes to disability access at Alton Towers.
For many of our families, these passes aren’t a luxury or a shortcut , they are what make a day out possible at all for many families of autistic children or adults .

As I am well aware  long queues can be overwhelming, distressing, and sometimes unsafe for children and adults with additional needs.

This trial or possible permanent change , isn’t just a policy update.
This will have a real impact on families who already face challenges every single day.
Theme parks should be places where everyone feels included, not places that create more barriers.

I do hope Alton Towers listens to the voices of families who will be affected and works towards a fair, compassionate solution for those who genuinely rely on this support.

If this change affects your family, please speak up and share your experiences so the right people hear how important accessible days out really are.
