Autism Hero Awards

Celebrating excellence

The Autism Hero Awards is in its third year and was created by the Anna Kennedy Online Charity as an opportunity to showcase and celebrate the excellence taking place in the world of Autism. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate and showcase accomplishments as well as enhancing Autism awareness and acceptance.

We seek to acknowledge the outstanding contributions and achievements of individuals, teams and organisations who have proved excellence, dedication and commitments to impacting lives that have been making a real difference in the world of Autism.

Please click here for details on our dedicated website for details on the Autism Hero Awards – taking place on 13th October 2018.

Nominations are now open until noon on Friday 15th June – click here to nominate your hero.

There are twelve categories in total for this year, for each application please do not write no more than 300 (Three hundred) words with examples how and why you feel that this individual(s) should win this category for the Autism Hero Award 2018. To see the categories click here.

The Autism Heroes Award finalists will be contacted in advance of the award ceremony. Then on Saturday 13th October 2018 and each of the finalists will share their tremendous impact on the Autism community; each winner receives a stunning trophy or a certificate of commendation.

“There are so many people in the UK who are going that extra mile to help children & young people with Autism. We thought that it would be nice to let people know about this good practice. We also feel that people with Autism achieve so much on a daily basis that maybe goes unnoticed. We would like to show you how amazing Autism is through the awards”
