This week I’m sharing some easy techniques on flooding our brains with our daily D.O.S.E: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins!!
I’m so tired of all the bad and sad news being drip fed to us every single day and I just want to gather you all up in my arms and cheer you up, help you get through.
These techniques can be shared on a friends and family basis, on yourself which is immensely empowering and if you’re a therapist you can even share them via zoom sessions with your clients by inviting them to mirror you.
The more you use these techniques, the more the memory of feeling happy and able to cope and function will be imprinted into the memory of your cells, water and even your immune system!
We are in this together and I’ll see you next Tuesday because it’s my birthday next Monday and the first day of Spring!!!
